Background:
I was born in Guadalajara Mexico in 1983, but moved the same year with my family to Nairobi Kenya where I spent the next 18 years. After attending both the German School and the International School of Kenya, I moved to Boston Massachusetts to attend the Massachusetts College of Art majoring in Graphic Design and New Media.

Since then I have worked on a range of projects in Boston as well Kenya. Some of the more interesting projects include co-ordinating an AIDS awareness campaign coinciding with the 2006 World Cup (www.africagoal.com); starting up an award winning Boston-based interactive design firm (www.ambientinteractive.com); establishing a community-run ecotourism lodge on the shores of Lake Victora; and most recently working on an educational ICT pilot project in rural Kenya (www.eduvision.or.ke). I have many very different interests, perhaps too many, but it is my growing interest in the interface of information technology, design and education which I hope to pursue further. Currently I am a student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (Technology, Innovation, Education Dept.)

My broad career objective is to work on interesting socially-sound projects, with creative thinkers, while earning enough money to fuel my travel addiction.

Without leaps of imagination, or dreaming, we lose the excitement of possibilities. Dreaming, after all, is a form of planning.
