Digital citizenship can be described as knowing how to behave appropriately and responsibly with regard to technology use.

Phase I: Investigation and Research

Collaborate to research and create the ulimate Digital Citizenship eReference for students, teachers, administrators and parents.
The eReference includes information that has been researched, summarized and analyzed using text, links, images, audio and video.
The nine themes described by Dr. Mike Ribble are:

6. Digital Rights and Responsibilities
